No News is Good News

As you may have noticed we haven't posted any news items in quite some time. This hasn't been due to a lack of news worthy information. But instead, it's just that we've been working so hard to make improvements to the site that there hasn't been a lot of opportunity for anything else. So, in this case no news is good news because it means more added features and functionality to our members. Some of the new features include...

• Improved system for adding and rating wine.
• The addition of 100-point wine scoring.
• Improved wine tools including Cellar, Journal, and Wish List.
• The launch of our community wine events calendar.
• New business features including the popular Subscriber List Manager.

These are just a few of the highlights. We are still working hard to make even more improvements and add new features but promise to do a better job keeping you informed from now on.

Version 1.0 Scheduled to Launch - Finally!

In the month of August we will be launching version 1.0 of WineCHATr.com. This will be a fully functional version for both personal memberships and business accounts. However, because many features are still being developed, Businesses that create accounts in July/August will receive 60 days free service. After the 60 day free trial period monthly billing will begin at $8.95 per month; FREE for individuals.
But even though we are still working on several areas many features are currently active, including the ability to post reviews and general comments, rate wine & provide tasting notes, and ask wine related questions. Stay tuned for continued updates and additional features. Enjoy!

Busy at Work

OK, so saying that we were almost there was wishful thinking! But we are working very hard and hope to have version 1.0 launched very soon. For the time being go ahead and jump on and take it for a test spin. The basic functionality included in the Beta version works just fine and most of the bugs have been taken care of, but don't be surprised if the tires fall off at some point. There are several major feature additions happening so some areas that may have worked one day might not work the next but we'll try to keep the road smooth for you! Good luck out there!

WineCHATr.com Launches Beta Site

We're almost there! But before the officiall launch of WineCHATr.com we need to work out the bugs. Throughout the month of May the site will be live and available for members to create accounts and begin using. Start the engine and kick the tires, this is a testing period, but don't forget to give us your feedback so we can continue to improve the website. Cheers!
